Review and proceed

Your quote will itemize hardware, accessories, software licenses, applicable taxes, shipping estimates, and lead times. To accept, reply to the quote email with a signed copy, your purchase order, or payment confirmation. We issue the final invoice and coordinate fulfillment from there.

Supporting Documents

Need to send a W-9, exemption certificate, or purchase order?

Email them to quotes@alpinerealitycapture.com with the subject line Quote Documents: [your organization name]. We will match them to your request.

Typical attachments include W-9, resale certificates, government or educational tax exemption forms, insurance requirement letters, and signed POs.
