The Alpine Promise
Every Alpine project is a commitment. Here is what that means in writing.
We Stand Behind Every Deliverable
If a deliverable does not meet the accuracy, quality, or specifications agreed in your project proposal, we make it right at no additional cost. This applies to point clouds, drawings, models, and interactive 3D environments alike. The work we agreed to is the work we deliver. If we miss the mark, we fix it.
What This Looks Like in Practice
Field Data Quality
If the data captured on site has gaps, drift, or coverage issues that prevent us from meeting the agreed deliverable specifications, we return to the site and recapture at no charge. For projects that required out-of-region travel, all travel and lodging expenses for the return trip are on us. We came to do the job; if we did not capture what we needed to deliver what we agreed to, getting back there is our responsibility, not yours.
Point Clouds and Processing
If a delivered point cloud does not meet the agreed accuracy targets, format requirements, or coverage, we reprocess or re-deliver at no cost.
Scan to BIM and Modeling
Models are produced to the Level of Development (LOD) or Level of Accuracy (LOA) defined in your written scope. LOD references the BIMForum LOD Specification. LOA references the USIBD Level of Accuracy Specification. If a delivered model does not match the agreed LOD or LOA, we revise it at no cost.
Interactive 3D Environments and 3DGS
If a delivered interactive 3D environment does not meet the agreed visual or technical specifications, we reprocess and re-deliver at no cost.
When Rework Cannot Resolve the Issue
In the rare case that a deliverable issue cannot be resolved through revision or recapture, we refund the affected portion of the project. We would rather make it right than walk away from a problem we caused.
How We Make This Work for Both of Us
Everything Captured in Writing
Every project starts with a clear written record. After any discovery or scoping conversation, we email you a recap of what was discussed, decided, and committed to, supported by AI transcript notes from the call. This recap is the working scope of your project. Review it when it arrives, and reply with any changes or clarifications before work begins.
If a formal proposal, signed agreement, or written change order follows, that document takes precedence and becomes the new standard our Promise applies to. Whatever is most recently agreed in writing is what we both work from.
This is not about fine print. It is about predictability. You always have a written record of what was agreed. We always have a clear standard to deliver against. No surprises on either side.
Claims Within 30 Days
If something does not meet the agreed standard, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We respond within two business days with a resolution plan and act on it as fast as our schedules allow.
When a Project Evolves
Sometimes the scope of a project changes after work begins. New deliverables, higher accuracy targets, or refinements beyond the originally agreed LOD or LOA are treated as a new scope and quoted separately. This is how we keep projects predictable for both sides, and how we make sure the team you contracted with stays focused on your project rather than absorbed in expanding work.
The Standard Behind the Promise
Alpine works with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and facility teams whose projects depend on dependable spatial data. Our Promise is not a marketing line. It is the commitment we make at the start of every engagement and the standard our long-term clients have come to expect.
If you have a project in mind, let us start with a clear scope and a clear price. Everything else follows from there.
